Mushroom Head Cylinder

The LA Pump Mushroom Cylinder is the perfect enlargement tool for developing
a larger penis head (glans). This two-stage cylinder is designed so
that the penis shaft can only expand to its normal size in the lower first stage,
while the penis head can expand much larger in the upper second stage.

Since it is difficult to enlarge the penis head, this cylinder is highly recommended
for exactly this purpose. A larger glans can be much more stimulating and erotic.

How to determine your size:
Measure the diameter of the penis shaft after pumping with a normal cylinder.
For your Mushroom cylinder, choose the same diameter or a smaller size,
since the first part of the cylinder should be completely filled.
