The Mister B vacuum pumping system is ideal for gaining a few centimeters and/or a little more circumference. The effect can be temporary (just for fun, alone or with your partner, who will enjoy the extra fullness) or permanent (by pumping regularly every few days).

How to determine your size / instructions for use:

Decide if you want to pump just your penis or your penis and testicles at the same time. Note that the testicles and penis cannot tolerate the same vacuum – so it is usually better to pump them separately.

If you just want to stretch your penis, choose one of the smaller sizes (4.45 cm – 6.35 cm inner diameter) depending on the size of the penis. If you want to stretch the entire penis, choose one of the larger sizes. If the size increases due to regular pumping, simply buy the next larger penis enlargement cylinder. The Mister B range covers 95% of all sizes.
