L.A. Pump Isolator Cylinder Ø 45 mm

These are the two-stage LAPD isolator cylinders, equipped with separate chambers for your penis and testicles with different vacuum levels.
They pull your penis up and outward while drawing your testicles away from the body.

This specialty cylinder consists of three chambers and two valves. For this cylinder to work optimally, you need to be able to fill the penis chamber from sidewall to sidewall.
After filling the penis chamber, a second valve allows you to adjust the pressure in the chamber filled with your testicles.
The increase in pressure in the testicle chamber pulls your testicles forward, away from the body.

Handcrafted, diamond-cut, flame-polished cylinder, with a separate chamber for the testicles.
Includes a safety valve for quick coupling and uncoupling, which maintains the vacuum after the pump has been disconnected
